🔹 به گزارش روابط دانشگاه مراغه؛ تفاهم‌نامه همکاری مشترک بین دانشگاه مراغه و مدیریت آموزش و پرورش شهرستان مراغه با امضای دکتر محمد زادشکویان رئیس دانشگاه و دکتر حسین اکبریان، معاون مدیر کل و مدیر اداره آموزش و پرورش شهرستان مراغه روز شنبه مورخ 22 اردیبهشت ماه 1403 در دانشگاه مراغه منعقد گردید.
از جمله محورهای همکاری این تفاهم‌نامه می توان به برگزاری نشست‌های علمی و تخصصی، برگزاری و حمایت از مسابقات علمی و فنّاورانه، استفاده از قابلیت‌ها و امکانات پژوهشی و آموزشی طرفین اشاره کرد.
🔸 شایان ذکر است، انعقاد این تفاهم‌نامه در نتیجه‌ی همکاری معاونت پژوهش آموزش و پرورش مراغه و معاونت پژوهش دانشگاه سراسری مراغه که رایزنی آن از آذر ماه سال گذشته آغاز شده بود صورت گرفت.

دکتر ودود دوستی متخلص به «ایلقار» و از شاعران مراغه‌ای نیز ضمن برشمردن مقام علمی، ادبی و هنری استاد «باریشماز»، همچنین برخورداری شعر وی از مشرب عرفان، وی را شخصیّتی جامع‌الأطراف می‌داند و بیان می‌کند: میتوان دربارۀ ابعاد گوناگون شخصیّت استاد «باریشماز» مقاله‌ها و حتّی کتاب‌ها نوشت.
به گفته وی استاد عباسی به عنوان هنرمندی جلوتر از زمان خود معرّفی می‌گردد امّا باید اذعان کرد که وی شاعرِ زمانۀ خود است ولیکن خیلی‌ها که خود را معاصر او می‌پندارند، دچار توهّم‌اند.
وی تشریح می‌کند: البته شاعر زمان خود بودن امری بایسته است و «باریشماز» بودن امتیازی محسوب نمی‌شود؛ بلکه فراموش کردن همگامی با زمان نقصی است که بسیاری از شاعران و هنرمندان به آن دچار هستند.
دکتر دوستی ادامه می‌دهد: سرودنِ «باریشماز» نه برای کسانی است که از دنیا رفته‌اند و نه برای کسانی که هنوز به دنیا نیامده‌اند، بلکه او تنها برای هم‌عصرانِ خود می‌نویسد.
به گزارش گفت‌وگوی شبکه استانی سهند با استاد حیدر عباسی و استاد محمدرضا مقدسی طی سالها قبل نیز می‌تواند به آشنایی بیشتر با منظومه فکری استاد کمک کند.
«حیدر عبّاسی» متخلّص به «باریشماز» در دوم اردیبهشتماه ۱۳۲۲ خورشیدی در مراغه به دنیا آمد؛ وی مدرک کارشناسی خود را در رشتۀ زبان و ادبیّات انگلیسی اخذ، و سالها معلمی کرد.
اداره فرهنگ و ارشاد اسلامی مراغه در ۱۵ و ۱۶ آذرماه ۱۳۹۶ کنگره سراسری استاد حیدر عباسی را با هدف پاسداشت سالها تلاش وی در عرصه فرهنگ و ادب برگزار کرد و زمینه برای اعطای گواهینامه درجه یک هنری به استاد فراهم شد تا اینکه در، این نشان با حضور برخی از شخصیت‌ها به وی اعطا شد.
